現象
ubuntuではRealtek RTL8168ネットワークチップに対し、r8169ドライバがインストールされてしまう。
対策

ドライバをr8168に入れ替える
# apt update && apt install r8168-dkms # echo "blacklist r8169" > /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-r8169.conf # rmmod r8169 # modprobe r8168 # reboot
